We understand that business insights, budgets and personal philosophies naturally structure the direction of most plans, so we aim to be as flexible as needed, once we know your goals, we put together a custom quote and timeline for an agreement.

Project Management

To start, we gather relevant assets from you, sign up for accounts, purchase licenses for any third-party services or products needed for project fulfillment.
If you have content or preliminary concepts to share, we want them at this stage. If you have no idea what you'd like, that's okay, we will work through the details to help you with a strategy.
As the project progresses, the management typically consist of emails, or if needed, short virtual or phone meetings to clarify direction or questions that come up during the design and development phases.

Design & Development
A Multidisciplinary Approach
We've got this part! Using our years of experience and skill, we will design and develop your project.
Design
We use Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or Figma for most projects. The design can match established branding or fresh concepts can be created for new to the market material.
Development
Depending on requirements, web backends are constructed in WordPress, Symfony and/or Laravel, and front-end web projects are done in HTML 5, CSS 3, SCSS, ES6, or Typescript. Our code is clean, clear, and commented.

Quality Assurance & Delivery
Testing ⊹ Approval ⊹ Final File Transfer ⊹ Archiving
Essentially, we review or test the product in its complete form so it can be delivered to you.
Once everything is approved, we proceed with either making the website live or turning over the final files. After the agreement is fulfilled, you'll have ownership of everything that was built, and if needed, restores are available – we archive every project for up to two years.

Our clients tend to view us as an extension to their team, filling in as needed. We work closely to help identify gaps and gather requirements, so a solid strategy is outlined. Our experience helps us anticipate opportunities or problems early on, so you get a solid final product.
NDAs are often a part of our agreements and are honored if requested.
